Concept design for a retail podium and office tower located in the Maria District of Lusail City, a futuristic development in Qatar. The building is situated on a 9,146 sq. meter property and is 100 meters tall, featuring 26 floors of Grade A offices, 2 floors of retail, and three floors of underground parking. The design incorporates sustainable principles with the goal of achieving a QSAS 5-star rating.
