The team is a group of highly experienced and skilled architects. With a combined experience of over 150 years, the team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in designing a wide range of building types.

Peter Soldat AIA

Peter is an award-winning architect with over 38 years of experience in USA and Europe. He specializes in various building types, including healthcare, academic and institutional projects as well as residential, commercial, and retail projects. He has a strong design sense, expert planning skills, and is a creative problem-solver with a strong background including sustainable strategies. He is experienced in large, technically complex projects with an eye for detail design.

William Randolph Pearson AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Bill is an experienced architect with 49 years of experience in design and construction. He has held leadership roles in various notable firms and is experienced in all phases of project development with an emphasis on site planning, urban design, and sustainable design. He has a strong background in energy conservation and was a pioneer in the "Double Envelope" technique for residential construction in the 1970s. He is known for delivering innovative and sustainable designs that meet project requirements and for his attention to detail.

Barbara Lewandowska AIA

Barbara is an architect with over 26 years of experience in diverse types and scales of projects including corporate headquarters, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and residential buildings. She has a holistic approach to design and has taught at Parsons School of Design, Pratt, The City College, and NJIT. Barbara aims to meet the challenges in architecture brought about by advanced technologies and societal needs, and she approaches every building with a focus on the specific physical context and program.

Trey Frank ASLA

Trey is a seasoned planner and landscape architect with 30 years plus of international experience. He has led high-end master planning projects in over 20 countries, including city-scale master plans, destination resorts and theme park developments. He places a strong emphasis on the "guest experience" and "story" in his designs, allowing him to create immersive and memorable designs. Trey is known for his ability to transform clients' visions into reality by creating "Living Places" that enrich people's lives. He is experienced in finding the best solutions to match the clients' requirements.

Roberto Gnecchi-Ruscone RAIA, AAdip

Roberto is an experienced architect with over 30 years working on a diverse range of projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality in Italy, Mexico, and Australia. He actively seeks out elegant planning solutions that balance design with project requirements and has a talent for achieving the best results in diverse working environments. Roberto is also well-versed in retail and retail branding, approaching each project as both a branding exercise and building design. He focuses on finding the best solutions to match the clients' requirements and expectations while creating designs that are sustainable and functional.

Janek Konarski AIA, RIBA

Janek is an experienced architect with 35+ years of experience and a passion for creating iconic designs. He incorporates his knowledge of the arts & sciences into his work to expand the scope of designed architecture. He has worked on award-winning projects of all types worldwide. His focus is on building design, building identity and building branding. He is known for his understanding of complex three-dimensional spatial design and expansive thinking. He seeks to find the best solutions to match the clients' requirements and expectations while creating designs that are functional, beautiful and sustainable.

Services

Our services include comprehensive architectural design, starting with initial design and continuing through design development, followed by design management oversight.
